SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE SHIPPING to U.S. Domestic Lower 48 states. PO Box and APO addresses are not accepted at this time.

Note: AK, GU, HI, PR & US VI, and International locations will be charged a different rate. Kindly contact us for shipping quotes to these locations. 

We ship the Same Day if the order is placed before 2.00 PM EST. We kindly request our customers to track the shipment and be on the lookout at delivery time. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer once the item is shipped. 

 

TRANSIT TIME

Most of the orders ship via USPS and UPS Ground. Although we do not offer any guaranteed delivery, you can expect to receive the order within 3-5 business days, based on your location. 

 

RECEIVING

We encourage our customers to inspect their packages immediately after receiving them. If it arrives damaged at the time of delivery, please follow the steps below -

  1. Open the package and check if the item is damaged.
  2. If the item is damaged, take a full shot of the entire package showing the damaged area.
  3. Take a closeup of the damaged area of the item.
  4. Take a close-up shot of the shipping label.
  5. Send the pictures at your earliest convenience.

 

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Oversized items such as hoods, truck cab sun visors, side skirts, and body kits will have a shipping surcharge. Please contact us if you need clarification on whether the item is oversized, and we can assist you.
